Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the basic expectations for using WithTheMums and its stories, content, and course pages.

Last updated: October 20, 2026 • Please read before using the site

The course checkout currently operates as a front-end demonstration. It does not process a payment or create a live enrollment. See Privacy Policy for details about browser storage.

1. Using the site

By accessing WithTheMums, you agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may read, browse, and share links to our public pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not misrepresent the content or remove its attribution.

You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the site to harass, impersonate, or harm another person.

2. Parenting and health information

Our stories, articles, and courses are for general educational and community purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and do not replace advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Every child and family is different. Do not delay seeking professional care because of something you read here. For urgent or emergency concerns, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Courses, pricing, and payments

Course information, prices, discounts, and enrollment screens displayed on the current site are illustrative. The checkout form currently saves the information entered to the browser’s local storage only; it does not send an order to us, enroll you in a course, or charge a payment method.

A course purchase will only be binding when a live checkout is made available and you receive a clear confirmation of the course, price, payment, and applicable purchase terms. We will update this section before enabling live transactions.

4. Community stories and submissions

Stories on the site may represent personal experiences and opinions. They do not necessarily represent the views of WithTheMums, and one family’s experience may not apply to another.

If you contact us with a story or other material, you confirm that it is yours to share or that you have permission to share it. Please do not include information that identifies a child or another person without appropriate permission. Sending an enquiry through the current contact form does not itself publish a story or grant us a publication license.

5. Content and intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s design, logos, text, course materials, and original graphics belong to WithTheMums or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or commercially distribute those materials without permission. You retain rights to material you create; any permission to publish it must be agreed separately.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website and its services develop. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by applicable law.
